I greatly enjoyed fantastic and exceptional room here.
The location was stunning, close to Estes Park Aerial Tramway. There was a seasonal restaurant nearby. I was offered a room with awesome views of mountains and downtown. The bathroom was nice but it worked for my 2 day stay.

They have seperate lodgings to fit anyone's needs. We had a beautiful view of both the mountains and town. The Crag is located on the side of a mountain and you get to experience wild life and beauty at your finger-tips. The hotel is located just off the beaten path and is a perfect get away for the family, newly weds, or even for weddings. The staff was very helpful and courtious. Highly recommended!

The staff was nice. The old building retains its historic ambience. Fine mountain view. Excellent dinner dining - food and room with view.
No breakfast or lunch facilities. A few minor maintenance issues.

Historic lodge with feel of yesteryear. Now somewhat in decline, but they are trying to revive it. Lovely dining room with good food. Very helpful staff about hikes and such around the area.
Very small bedroom and bath, though living area adequate.

I had a comfortable stay for 3 nights. All the employees were incredible and pleasant. - the location was marvelous and beautiful for me as it was so close to a restaurant open for breakfast, Estes Park over the past decade, and the hike to Gem Lake.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that added a lovely touch. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the water service in the lobby. The location on the mountain side overlooking the town was breathtaking, and being close to downtown and the hospital was very convenient. Plus, the hotel was situated on a hill adjacent to a popular aerial tram, which was a fun activity to do nearby.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
